exciting things

Well it has been very busy here since I last posted. A man in a van brought two boxes. It seems I have a new chair

I had a little look and then decided to try it out
It seemed very comfortable
Just right for snoozing.

Later on I had a double seat!

When I went up stairs I found another one. I wasn't allowed to try out that one. I wonder why?

On Sunday another box appeared. Too small to hold a chair so I had a look inside.

That was exciting!

Someone got cake but I didn't

So I went back in the box!

A sad day

Every day I look out of the window and watch the activities. Quite often I would see other cats playing or walking on walls. One of them was Felix he quite often came and sat in the garden.
Occasionally he would look at me through the kitchen window. Sadly he will no longer be around. A couple of weeks ago he started feeling unwell. His owner took him to the PDSA vet and they did all they could for him including a big operation. However they could not make him better. Yesterday he went to the vet and did not come home. I am sad.

I have a quiet few days snoozing
This is my latest spot. I like hiding behind the elephant cushions to keep the draught away.

See you soon

Adventuring

In the middle of the month I went on my holiday. Luckily it was not to a cattery where I did not know anyone but to stay with Libby and Steve on Teesside. I lived there for a couple of weeks in 2007 before I came here.  Wendy and John were gallivanting around the countryside so I had my own holiday. I had my own room and a very comfy chair to sleep on. There were other cats but luckily they did not bother me too much. I did not get my photo taken though so I cannot show you any pictures. However I had a good rest and did not have to stay awake half the night on mousie watch. I won't mention the little accident I had on the way home. A bit of warning that we were leaving soon would have avoided it though!

Since I have been home I have been busy on mousie watch: Tia 1 Mousies 0 so far. I had a little bit of tummy trouble the other day but that did not last once I had a clean tray and the humans left me to it.
It seems that one of the very big computers is poorly so John has had to use a pc lap top some of the time. I just had to investigate

It is not as comfortable as the lap tray cushion to sleep on but it does do some interesting things rather slowly.
This morning I had a bit of a snooze while Biddle watched some cricket, although I think he snoozed some of the time too.

It has turned a bit chilly here I think winter is on the way!

My first post

My name is Tia and I am a tabby cat who lives in the UK with two humans and a whole host of bears. When I do naughty things they call me bad robot but then they found a huge word and that explains the title of my blog. I can assure you I am not recalcitrant all the time.

I have lived with my humans since Christmas 2007 and very comfortable it is here too. I find all kinds of places to sleep.

quite often is places I should not be. I am an indoors cat but every now and again I manage to sneak through the human legs and into the garden. Strangely none of the lovely birds that I see through the kitchen window hand around for me to have a closer ok and introduce my self.
